            1 inch of wheel out past the fender lip.

            i think i got et28 for my ix, so et20 sound about right for a regular e30.

            i got 6rl2's i wanted to get 6sl2's but my offset was just a touch high in the front to get stepped lips. well not so much my offset but how much the hub had to be built up to clear my brakes.

              If you want 17x8's on an E30, you want around ET30 ideally. This will fit with 5mm to spare towards the front strut tube, leaving room for nice big tires.
