The only way i can see this as being a feasible option (unless your seriously loaded) is getting a 3 piece wheel and designing the face, even that is going to cost you an arm and a leg though.
Id imagine a venture like designing a complete custom wheel would probably run you nearly 10k if not more.
I actually have a friend with a company who is going to be releasing their own line of wheels, out of curiosity im going to ask him.

I share your feels. Love Alpinas but the lip is too weak.
Weds Albino are the answer.
Edit: There's also SSR Super Fins, and the OZ Alpina style wheel which can be had in 15x8 with a decent sized lip.

If you're dead set on this custom wheel thing, no matter the cost, try talking to Livery Wheels. They're a pretty new company with roots in BMW's. Their wheels definitely take inspiration from BMW Motorsport and Vintage eras so an Alpina tribute would be right up their alley.
As for currently produced wheels, CCW makes the D110 which is a multispoke, three piece wheel. Rotiform makes some multispoke wheels with thinner spokes like Alpina wheels but they start at 18" in diameter.
Alpina themselves actually made a deep dish wheel albeit somewhat rare. They're also 5x120 with low offsets so unless you're running E30 M3 suspension, they'll be tricky to fit, iirc.

There is a guy in bfc in the z3 forums that has been in the process of designing, engineering and producing his own 3-piece wheel. If memory serves me right he had spent WELL over $10k just on the design part and has almost taken him 3 years. He was looking to make a few sets and last I saw was going to be about $1500 a wheel.....A WHEEL.sigpic

.........Do you even own an e30?
I'd work on getting a car first before you go off on making a custom set of wheels......sigpic
