    205/60R14 on 14x6?

Would those tires be too wide? I am willing to fit tires a little too wide, but I don't want the life of the tire or the handling to be affected too much. Basically, I have absolutely no interest in buying wheels, but I want to be able to fit some decent tires. The closest size to OEM are the 205/60/14 ES100s. Can I fit those (within reason) on 14x6s?

they will fit just fine.. I ran the same size for ~10 months. FYI you can fit 225 hoosier race tires on bottlecaps!

however, if you are concerned about tire life, I wouldn't suggest ES100s anyway. For a similar price you could get Falken Azenis RT-615s, they are a smidge undersized (195/60-14) but offer better grip in all conditions than the Yoko's and with similar tread life (or better, in my case).

basically 14" tire selection is very limited.

Wish 195/60/14 Falken RT-615's or Hankook RS-2's you'll be happy.

Thanks for the advice  what's a good place to order hankooks or falkens since tirerack doesn't carry them?
