      Forgive my ignorance, but does that mean that the wheel actually comes in 3 separate pieces or do they start out that way and are welded or attached together somehow?

          Typically multi-piece wheels (inner shell/barrell, face, and outer shell/lip) are bolted together and sealed at the seams with silicone sealant. Sometimes they are welded together.

            im only saying this because i was new once and i too wondered the same thing but figured it out the good old fashioned way. search for info next time. its out there trust me. With that said they are Image wheels called Billet 60's they are made across the pond in Europe and they will make them in any color/finish/size/offset you request although there arnt many here because they are about 2-3k to get a new set made and shipped here.
