    BBS RX 214 16x7 ET35 Fitment E30

    Hi guys,

I have been searching around the forum and google for a definite answer but I can't seem to get one. There is a guy selling a set of BBS RX 214 16x7 locally for around 200$. They are in good shape. He used them on his corrado.

Wheels come with a set of hubcentric rings of 57.1 mm. I wish to know if I need to run 10 mm spacers, and if yes do they have to be the BBS ones who are hub centric type of spacers, or can I just run them with the rings and a set of regular spacers?

Also, I have a stock suspension but will soon upgrade for Bilstein/H&R combo. Will they fit on a dropped E30 87 cabrio?

    Thanks in advance

You should be able to bolt the rears right on, the fronts may be an issue with the strut/spring. You probably will need a 10 mm spacer at least in the front. Alternatively, you could stick a 30 plus mm spacer on there and push them out!

This is a pretty neat tool to tell you about wheel sizes.

Thanks for the tip, I ll be look into it! I am not sure about pushing them out as I do not wish to roll my fenders and Montreal roads look more like Kabul ones nowadays with the legion of potholes swarming around :p
