How to tell euroweaves from basketweaves?

Hey r3v, I can't seem to find a difference between basketweaves and euroweaves, if anyone has any tips, please fill me in, thanks!

Baskets are 14" and euros are 15"

It took me a while to find a webpage which listed widths, weights, and offsets

it's a Kenny Powers quote on wheels

Yeah, but ix weaves are 15" too. Euro weave offset should be about et25

Euroweaves will typically be in better shape as they access to universal healthcare.

Basket weaves are 14x6, euro weaves and ix weaves are both 15x7, euro weaves are ~et25 and ix weaves are ~et38.

That's great, got me to laugh at work.

there is a thread on this somewhere. There is a difference in the weave pattern itself. Exactly what that is I am not sure

Check out this thread, and I think I came across another thread with pictures on a car as well. Maybe somebody else can find it.

euro weaves are ET24. ix weaves are ET41. also, the 14" wheels are 6.5" wide not 6". bottlecaps are 14x6.

if you're going to post a dimension or specification, post the right information.. ;)

it doesn't really matter much now that 14" performance tires pretty much don't exist, but the 14x6.5 wheels are significantly lighter than the 15x7s.
