i wouldn't touch the wheels you posted for a number of reasons:
they dont list any safety certification of the wheels.
they are not the right center bore size, so you will need rings (not bad, just annoying)
and lastly they are 4x100 and 5x100 dual drill which looks like this:

that is just bad.
obviously lower quality comes with issues like shitty paint/clear coat and sometimes easier bending. sometimes the wheel will be fine, sometimes not. can be a toss up, but if you stay with a known brand like Borbet, BBS, Ronal, etc, you will be sure.
i would still look for a better BBS RS knock-off, though. stick to 4x100 only. i think mostly people who spend $2500 on real BBS RS wheels are just mad that you can get the same look for pennies, so you have to deal with the haters.

You know what's going to make saving for the wheels you really want take even longer? Throwing money away on garbage reps. You can buy RS's for around a grand. Just do it right the first time.Comment

Yeah, it's 900 for a set of ok square rs. Then you'd stack another 300 on for adpapters, more for powdercoating, etc, etc...
I hate fake wheels with a passion. Poor fit and finish, and they can be dangerous. I only run bbs on my cars, and I haven't had a problem so far. I'm assuming that the op doesn't have a whole lot of money to spend on wheels, and my suggestion to him is to start browsing cl and r3v religiously. Something good is bound to pop up.Hank Ahrens

My point being real RSs can be had for $1000, they may not be 16x9 with stellar offsets and slant lips, but they are workable.Yeah, it's 900 for a set of ok square rs. Then you'd stack another 300 on for adpapters, more for powdercoating, etc, etc...

That really is the best advice, keep an eye on the classifieds. I agree the OP doesn't sound like he has tons of cash to throw down, which is why it seems silly to me to buy a set of fake wheels while he saves for the real deal. Taking two steps back to go one forward, you know?Comment
