    Will these fit

I know I know there are a million of these threads on here but every setup is unique, and well I cant afford to do it twice so yeah heres another one.

I want to run 225/45/16's, and they will be on a 16 x 7.5 rim et30 with 8mm spacers. Will they fit with no problems?

They will fit fine with a minor fender roll depending on how low your car is.

Yeah they will be pretty close to the fender with that size tire .

Even with the H&R Sports they will most like still rub under acceleration .
Really only one way to tell though ....just slap them on and let it down .

Hmm not looking to rub here at all so maybe Ill have to drop it down a size. 215/45 16 a better call? Am I even going to notice a difference between the two?

5mm spacers would be better, but I'm assuming you already have the 8mm ones. So either go smaller tires or you as has already been said you may have to roll fenders a bit.

There's not many tires offered in 215/45. You'd be best off going with a fender rolling and just getting the 225's.

I found it the opposite, much easier to find 215/45R16 than 225/45. different markets I suppose.

You could try some DZ101, they come in 215/45, haven't used them but have heard good things about. I'm waiting to mount some DZ101 in 205/50 to my 16's.

You could always just go with 205/50's. That should be enough tire for a M42 car. :)

What would be the difference in handling, rubbing etc? Would it be the correct size for my speedo if I were to run 205's? Am I going to notice a big difference between 225's and 205's? 215 availabiltiy from tire rack sucks so its between these two options.

Scotty, sent you a pm with details, the public unveiling will have to wait. Also stereoinstaller lives in Oregon or something, unless your thinking road trip?

So the 205 idea perked my interest and after searching the forum for that size tire threads, I found both Eurospeeds and Scottys thread that pointed them there as well. Ive decided on these, for 300 shipped, you cant beat the G Force sports.
