These are 15x7 - 4x100 RACING DYNAMICS wheels with tires, as soon as I put these up for sale, Racing Dynamics actually contacted me to see if they were really 4x100 Racing Dynamics wheels because apparently back when these were new, ALL of the 4x100 wheels were sent to Japan and not made for the U.S market!
