They looka... like wheels... with tires. :)
I really don't know, but they look like they are trying to knock off bottlecaps. Personally, I like real bottlecaps better than this.Estoguy

Those were the TRX wheels too, about the best use for those things.
I thoroughly support the recent multi-piece bottlecap trend, would totally rock a set. I wish I had the skills to make the centers.sigpic

People do it all the time. Cut the face off the 1 piece wheel and machine it down to fit a common barrel and lip.
