    Is it ok to paint this part?

    Hey people,


    Got Euroweaves painted black, but with no centercaps.

    When fitted, the center (I think you'd call it the wheel hub?) still shows as unpainted.

    Surely its ok to spray this part black too yeah?


    Just making sure.

    It's a wheel bearing dust cap. Keeps dirt out of the wheel bearing. Fine to paint.

      ...just checked and the dust caps are missing on the rears dammit...

      Does this matter then?

        It matters if you want to keep dust out of the wheel bearing. I would try to find some, rear wheel bearings are not fun to do.

          The rear should have the locking piece over the axle nut. No cap like the fronts.
