What do you guys think the offset it on these wheels?

Im looking at these wheels but of course the guy dosen't know the offset. He says its like a 4" back spacing. What do you guys think the offset is on these wheels...et40??? they will have a negative offset and stick out of the fenders. Ugly to boot.
