Last I checked Kumho doesn't make a 225/50/15 street tire.

Some 225's will be okay, some will not. If you liked the ASX, try the Falken ZE-512. Excellent tire, and it runs narrow; you'll be fine with 225's.

Any idea on what exact tires you are getting?

I am planning on Kumho Ecsta ASX or AST tires. I currently have ASXs on my e46 and I am very happy with them.

You should be more than fine on stock suspension I would think.

Any idea on what exact tires you are getting? I have no problems with 225/50 Yokohama ES100s on mine. Some tires run wider than others but again, I'm pretty sure you'll be fine. I've never felt any rubbing.
