    ebay Spacers

Anyone used the 4x100 31mm spacers sold on ebay? Thoughts?

Where is the best place to buy spacers from (reasonably priced). I have et38 wheels.

Not sure. I'm still trying to wrap my head around this whole offset thing.

      Warning... thinking outloud here.
      Stock wheel is et20.
My wheels are et38, meaning I am 18mm further INTO the wheel well, correct?
Adding a 31mm spacer would be the same as running an et20 wheel with 13mm spacer. Is that pushed out too far to look good?

a 16x7 ET38 and a 16x8 ET38 wheel has completely different spacing from the hub.

Just like a stock wheel's 6.5" width and your aftermarket wheel's whatever width will have different offsets as well

I need to remember not to post when I'm too tired to think. Ignore this thread! I don't have an offset problem.

My problem is that the brake caliper is rubbing the inside of the wheel. Changing offset won't fix that. But a small spacer would.

I have a set. good quality, but not hub-centric. these wheels are 17x7 et38, so it should be exactly how your wheels will sit.
