Hey thanks again for the vote of confidence on they wheel purchase.
I ended up getting a set of 4
16x7 ET65 forged porsche wheels
I will be dropping the car by approx 1.5 inches via Bav auto cabrio specific springs
its an 88 vert with the low rear arches
My understanding if I DONT want stretch and i also DONT want to roll the fenders
I would need
205/50/16 tires ( or maybe a lil wider?)
45mm adapters front and rear
I want that nice wide muscle car look; like wide-track88 325ic ~~~> Rusty and ugly
85 E ~~~> RIP

you have helped me out before but I got a quick question here. I have 16x7 wheels and currently running 205/50/16. I want to go 215s but was thinking of getting 215/40/16s because I can get the Yokohoma S drives in that size which get better ratings than the hancooks RS2. Would that size work or should I stay with 215/45/16 which are a little squishier?
Oh ya, and I am rolled so my current tires dont rub. H&R Race with Billys sure help.
If you want a great tire go with 215/45/16 Falken 615s. The word squishy has nothing to do with those.

Save up your pennies and buy a set of 215/40/17 Dunlop Z1 Star Specs. $122ea at Tirerack. You'll never want more grip than that.
