Hello wheel/tire gurus
I'm running Ronal LS 15x7.5 et24 with 205/55/15 Falkens. The offset is perfect in front but a little sunken in the rear. I'm going to be installing JOM coilovers this week so it will be lower than stock ride height, but I wont be slamming it by any means.
With this setup would I be safe to run 5mm or 8mm spacers in the back without rubbing? Or is it impossible to say without knowing the exact ride height?Comment

I currently purchased a stock 93 325ci and have plans to drop it with ground control coil overs front and rear. I havent decided if sport or sport touring is right for me yet. However I want to purchase Kopi Alpina wheels from Mel at http://www.abrahamsmotorsport.com/e30.html in a 4x100 17" 20mm offset. I dont fully understand offsets so... If I drop the vehicle with the coil overs, won't 20mm offset be tucked under the fender? Does anybody have pictures of a dropped e30 with a 4x100 17" 20mm offset wheels installed? Thanks!Comment

sorry i dont really have the time to find out the perfect e30 offset, but i wanna run a set of wheels that have a ET of 34 up front and 37 out back. 18's btw. 8 wide up front and 8.5 in back. kinda want a flush look. car is slammed btw maybe need it so i can tuck the 18's. for a better look.
id be running 5-lug adapters if its possible and would have the adapters be the spacer if needed(i dont really know what i need)
any insight? rolling and pulling is fine, also would need the ideal tire size
thanksComment

3-5mm depending on the wheel hub design. Count the turns you can achieve with the bolt, 6 full turns is safe.Comment

Go 16x9 all around for sure. Also, BC's are one of the rare coilovers that GAINS front inner clearance on these cars. No spacers needed. I'd suggest 205/45 though, it actually looks LESS stretched than the 215/40 and gives you some more ground clearance.Comment

I have a lightly used e30 318is that I last bought tires for in 2005. It's time now and now I realize that the 205/60/14 size that are on the car now are no longer available (stock bbs basketweave wheels--stock size was 195/65/14 which I don't want).
What's the closest that I can get-what are you running? Any opinions greatly appreciated-I searched the thread and couldn't find anything current. Thanks!
If you go undersized a bit 195/60 offers many more choices.Comment

Will 235/45/17 on style 5s fit under a stock e28 m5? I might lower 1.5" soon too.SEE THE MOST BORING M50NV BUILD THREAD HERE: http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=288275Comment
