Dammit Erick. Stop posting such outrageous setups, you'll give the readers a heart attack.

To clear the strut tubes: ET-3 at a maximum (minimum? dammit again, you're ruining my offset vocabulary by pushing crap negative). That offset will be pretty close to the suspension, so if you want to leave room (and you probably should with the extreme lateral loads the car will be tortured with) you should probably add at least 5mm to that.

I'd also love to see what the hell you're doing bodywise to get that to work. Crazy drifters.

Well, this is for the rear only lol. Maybe I should've specified. The front is 17x9 +20.

Nope, but I can tell a small spacer will be needed, as well as some fender work.

Can't remember which is which, but one of them comes in ET15 and the other only ET0.

The ET15 one, you can run 205/45/16 tires without a problem. The ET0 will be a problem, I think that's the 002. I don't think anyone should put these on an E30 without fender flares, they stick over an inch outside of the fenders (and just looks bad to me).

Really...thanks for the info. See how little of a spacer you need, I'm curious.

The problem is not the strut. The problem is the sway bar (and constantly hitting it at Full Opposite lock ;) ).

                        Jay,

My plans went under. At this point is 18x10 or bust. I'm tempted to try it. Any suggestions on offset?

                        I'll have to run staggered 17x9 and 18x10. :)

why are you gonna run a 10" wide wheel w/ 235's!?!? You would be a lot better off w/ something like 7.5/8 and have a much lighter wheel.

                            I knew it.

I told a guy on here to run the 17x9 ET20 Falken Hanabi all around, and he swore that they hit the front struts without 5mm spacers. This threw me off, because by all calculations it should have fit...I knew something was off with that car.

ET20 should be fine, depending on what tire you use. If you stick to a 235/30/18 (where I think the T1-R is the only choice) then ET20 should be enough to clear the inner fender well.

                                Yeah. Here's my FYI:

16x9 +9 in the front will just be enough to rub off the paint on ST's 22mm front sway bar at full cut. (My case)
