also..there xxr wheels..they say they need tuner lugs...with my experience those are usually junk..what would yall suggest? studs? or legit tuner lugs
Someday a real rain will come and wash all this scum off the streets.

Do the TRMotorsport C1's (15x7) for the e30 off of tirerack require hubcentric rings?

Depending on wheel offset, yes. They may lightly brush the front inner fender during parking lot maneuvers.

Yes, they fit no problem. Run a 205/55 or 205/50.

You will rub with either the 205/55 or 225/50. Also, you will need 3-5mm spacers to clear the front struts. With a rear fender roll 205/55 is possible, with an aggressive roll 225/50 is in the cards.

The e30 has tapered and the VW wheels are conical so can I use the vw lugs on the e30?
As long as they clear the calipers you're good. If the VW bolts are also M12x1.5 and spin at least 5 turns before seating then sure, use 'em.

Need to know the offset and width of the wheels. Also, if they're on a VR6, then no.

The rears are going to be poking A LOT. Expect to be rolling the fenders for an afternoon or so.

                      Studs and tuner nuts.

16x8 et10 w/ 17mm spacer up front. 225/45/16 BFG KDW II's. h&r race w/ bilstein sports. will they fit with eurostop flares? (Eurostop says the flares add 2" flare to the fenders)

First, they wouldn't clear the strut housings at that offset (assuming you meant all around 9.5s). Then, you'd be poking out so far that even a 205 would require heavy fender work.
