    Need some help:

Currently running 15" BBS RZ 392 15x7 rims, et 25mm. With Falken RT-615s at 205/50.

I have AST coilovers, lowered about 2 inches. I have about 3-4 fingers of fender gap.

    Here is the problem:

I have a set of track wheels waiting to go on, D-force 15x7, with 225/50 Toyo RA-1s. So far, I've only test fitted the rear wheel, and it doesn't seem to rub at that static height, as there seems to be about 2-3 fingers of fender gap.

I am going to put on a UUC BBK in the front, I need to know the max size spacers I can run on an et 25 rim. For the D-force wheels, they are supposed to be direct fit and I won't need spacers. But for my street setup with the BBS rims, I've used the wheel template and I think I will need at least a 12-15mm spacer up front. With that said, should I purchase spacers for the rear to move the track width out as well?

Lastly, will I need to roll my fenders with my 'track' wheel setup at 225/50 with the 15x7 dforce rims?

    Thanks.

Are these a good idea for an e30? http://montreal.kijiji.ca/c-ViewAd

        Will they fit?

i'm looking to replace my stock 14" basketweaves with 17x7.5" borbet type C with falken 912 wheels. (205) i'm running bilstein sport shocks and h&r race springs with the e92 drop hats on a late model 325is. will i have rubbing issues? will i need to get my fenders rolled?

          thx for this!!

            Mystikal,
I have 205/50 on 16x8.5 et32 and 225/45 on 16x9.5. What adapters do you recommend? I have seen other guys running the 16x8.5's front and rear with 20mm adapters but with 195/45 tires. I foresee clearance issues, if I copy the same set up, since those tires are far more stretched than what I have. I have a late model car, lowered, and do plan on doing some fender work. Please advise, thanks.

It is going on a 87 convertible with a ground control coil over kit 450/750 spring rate. I'm trying to pick new tires up before the weekend. Thanks for your help...

edit: I did a check on 1010tires.com it seems on paper a 225/40/16 would be almost perfect. But I think with my offset and not really wanting to roll fenders too much I cant go that wide???? Thanks again
I agree, I rarely recommend that size despite it's popularity. Been trying to rid the E30 game of that undersized mess for years.

205/45 is perfect. It'll even appear to be stretched slightly less, despite the narrower section width.

Smallest adapters possible (18-20mm) and the smallest tire possible (like 195/45/16). They'll be flush.

                  Thank you.
10mm front necessary, nothing needed in the rear but will look a little off without spacing (relative to fronts). Stretched tires needed - 205/40 or 215/40 (the latter needing fender rolling).

Not without a noticeable fender pull, even on a early car. No spacers.

They should just barely mount, but will probably contact the strut depending on the tire mounted. 15-20mm spacers needed.

Interesting on the 1/4" width increments. Haven't seen that mass produced ever.

Front will be fairly flush depending on how you judge that sort of thing. It won't rub, but the tire will be bulging slightly outside of the fender line.

BBS RS 174 fronts and BBS RS 244 rears.
                          Fronts: 16x7 et33 5x114.3 73mm centerbore
                          Rears: 16x8 et33 5x114.3 73mm centerbore

20mm adapters all around, 205/45 front and rear (or 215/45 rear for an even stretch/sidewall angle).

You can easily get away with a 15mm spacer up front with your 205 tires and RZ's. No fender rolling needed for the track setup.

Close to flush? You'll need 50mm adapters for that. Even better would be smaller adapters (20mm) and wider lips mounted. You can easily get those to 16x8.5 and 16x9.5 and end up with an ideal +10 offset front and rear. Just something to think about.
