To buy, or not to buy: Konig Remembers

so now that im running GC's, 17" is no longer an option, wayy too rough. so i will sacrafice and go to a 16". there just happens to be a set of Konig Remembers 16x7 et20 for sale locally, brand new for $550. Do i buy, or do i pass...too bad they arent like 16x8, i wouldnt even have to think about it....

I may get them temporarily until I can afford a real set of 16" BBS RS. plus they come in the perfect offset that would allow me to run a 225/45 tire. I prefer the silver ones to the gunmetal, gold or black centers tho..

I have heard (so purely hearsay) that Remembers are on the soft side, so I don't know if you'd want to run them on bad roads AND GC's.

True, Konigs are not known to be high quality wheels. I had a set of Konigs on my old e36, they didn't last very long.
