I'm getting ready to repaint my basketweaves and was wondering if there is a particular technique to use. Spray straight across or in a circular pattern? How many coats of silver and how many coats of clear to use?

you probably want to go side to side, but the direction isn't really that important as long as you're consistent. make sure you clean them really well and primer them! remember, do lighter coats rather than thick drippy ones. I'm going to do 2 coats of primer, 2 coats of color and probably 3 coats of clear. I'm going to let the wheels dry a day between each cycle and stick them in an oven for a couple hours once the clearcoat is dry. then I'lll have tires mounted and stick them on my car :P
I can't wait! having wheels shipped via boat takes too darn long ;)
