Is there anyway to prevent some low life from stealing the centercaps?

Threadlocker? I doubt that would deter a thief I'd take them with you or lock them in your trunk.

this is the reason i don't put on my center caps. i also like the look without the caps

You can use a small drill bit, drill through the cap, then into the wheel and screw them on.

Loctite might deter a casual theif but maybe not a determined one.

Is there no solution other than to remove the caps everytime I park the car? This is worrying!
