Ok, so they are 16x8 ET 33. There is a small spacer on the front to clear the brakes. Eibach springs and Koni adjustables. Will a 225/45/16 fit and not rub to much?

I'd need to know how big that spacer is. Also, that spacer isn't to clear the brakes, that wheel will slam into the strut without it.

The spacer is a 5mm or 8mm. I'm absolutely postive it's no bigger than that. No spacers on the rear.

Must be 8mm or so, just to clear the strut. A 225/45/16 will be a hard fit, as the wheels should be REALLY close to the struts already.

I'd shoot for the 215/45/16 Falken, and get bigger spacers if necessary (15mm hubcentric would be nice).

I roll 225/45-16's on my 16x8's et23. no rubbing and perfect. plus, I am pretty damn low on my coils.

Oh yeah, I am cut and rolled though. ;)
