    Here:

This car is running 16x9 205/40/16 615s. Like I said, I have no idea how they do it because as anyone who has physically held an RT615 knows they are insanely stiff. So yeah it's possible, but probably not without someone (or a team of like 4) who know exactly what they are doing.
Well, if they somehow struggled but managed to successfully mount a 205/40 on a 9er, then 215/45 (more width + more height) should be a lot easier I would imagine.

    Argh... fuck it, I'm ordering.

EDIT: More confidence instilled in me after watching this vid....

Can't watch the video here at work, but yeah just go for it. Worst case scenario you sell them off with a minor loss.

Thanks for your assistance Mystikal and Jeff... I went ahead and placed the order for the Azenis RT-615s... 215/45... so we will see how this goes.

Am I the first to run this size, and Azenis' for that matter, on a 16x9 wheel?
Will this tire even fit on my wheel?
          Is tire stretching really gay?
Do trees make sounds if they fall when no one is around?

          Stay tuned to find out!

Any pictures? I am currently faced with the same problem, what to put on 16x9's?

I'm pretty interested in this. I'm going to be running some staggered 16.7.5s and 16x9s. I'd like to use the same size tires front and back. 215/45/16 seems like a good compromise to me and there aren't many options in this size.

Update on the mounting/use of these Falkens?
Any input on how they'll do on the 7.5" wheel?

How about 225/45/16 all around? (early arch car on IE3s)

              thanks
