Swap the lips and keep them in the same front and rear.

Question, I purchased a set of BBS RS 021 and I believe the front will poke out too much, I dont know much on proper offset.

    Specs:
    5x120
    Front:16x8 et11
    Rear: 16x9 et24

Just want to confirm are they doable? If they do poke, I am planning to widen the fenders either way.

    Thanks in advance.

Edit: forgot to mention Im going to use adapters

There are lots of detailed information of refinishing your wheels on the web. Good luck.
I'm also debating on stripping the centers and having them repainted. There seems to be some kind of overspray specs which annoy me.

Anyway, can somebody please tell me what supplies I need to help me get started on refinishing these? Like what do I use to remove the clear coat, what grit of sand paper should I use, recommended polishes, etc? Thanks.

What are you guys doing to re finish the bolts without buying new? Mine were all corroded so I soaked them in vinegar over night, the clear has come off them now and they are much shinier like I had hoped. Whats the best way to protect them? Fresh coat of clear or just keep them polished/waxed up?
Thanks, Ill post some new pics as I start to rebuild them.

Completely stripped, 1 fiberglass seat, fiberglass front and rear bar, smaller fuel tank, no heater/fan box... basically anything that doesn't serve a purpose on the track isn't there...

Just bought these RS 101 15x7 +38 off yahoo japan for ~$300USD

just have to wait for them to get to me....

From what i can see, i should be able to run 2" lips for 15x8.5 +18 and 2.5" lips for 15x9 +12 (perfect backspace for clearing e30 front struts as far as im aware...) Added bonus is the RS101 are 57.1 centrebore, ill just have to redrill them to 4x100...

Now to decide if i run 15x9 square or 15x8.5/9 staggered....

Look under the center cap, they should either be rs211, or rs005, or there is a few others it could be.

Usually worth between $800-$1100 in good shape.

    Hi all,

I was lucky to find some BBS RS at a very fair price and got them. I do, however, have some questions if you could please enlighten me:

    Dimensions:
    15x6 (4x100)
    et38

    Questions:
    1. Does et38 will fit an E30 and look accordingly? Or should I get some 10mm wheel spacers? Planning on using them with 205/50 tire...
    2. Where can I find the center caps for those? What are the options?

This is one of the wheels:

    Thanks,
