There really aren't any flares that are out there that don't require cutting and welding at least. What I did was what is require to make stuff fit. The next step would be finishing it off pretty. That was the plan but never got around to it.
I researched a lot of stuff and at least things like IE flares are quite small and quality is not very acceptable. You want to do it right so it looks nice its some $$$ or excellent bodywork skill and time.

Here are the wheels mounted to my car from back in the day. The flares were made to fit them. Not the lightest setup, but unquestionable fast.
