Anyone ever used these tires, and if so, with what result?

Looking at some cheap-o but still fairly nice tires to stick on the daily wheels. Putting Azenis on the auto-x set. :twisted:

Stu's got Sumitomo HTRs, and they grip fairly well for a cheap tire.

Keep in mind, I'm not looking for a trackworthy tire, just something to drive around on and occasionally take a curve or two.

Ziex are a good street tire with long tread life.

I love my ziex. Good tread life, Awesome rain performance, pretty sticky in the dry, quiet ride.

I have ZIEX on my ETA. Overall for the money; its a good tire.

I've had'em on mine for about 7000 miles and they're great. Great as an everyday tire, and they last forever.

and quiet? no way

i don't have a good thing to say about them other then they last long as hell, but i'm not sure that's a good thing, as it only gives them more time to torture you w/ their sub-par performance.

Pretty much the worst tire you can get.

The new Ziex's are 10x better.

yeah, i should add, i just got my ziex thrown on ~800 miles ago. i love em.
