Volk Super Fine mesh Split Rims ??? Know anything about them ???

I'm looking at some Volk wheels. They're 4x100 and look really similar to BBS RS/RM wheels. I really don't know anything about them.

    - Are they valuable? (By that I mean are they worth refurbishing)
    - Can I get bigger lips for them?
    - Does anyone have them?

The only things they really say on them are "Super Fine" "SF" and of course Volk and Rays engineering. They have all the centercaps, but do have curb rash and some minor dents that could be driven on but that always sucks.

Here are some pics I've found (not of the actual ones):

neither. Those aren't the actual ones, just pictures of the same type of wheels.

They're 15" for sure and I think they 7" wide, but could be 6.5"

Based on the fact that Volk mainly makes wheels for Honda and Toyotas, the offsets will be too high for them to run without spacers. You will probably need hubcentric spacers as well since the centerbore is probably different too. They may end up being 4x114.3 in some cases as well...

All that, and buying larger lips (some companies will make them if you write up the specs) and refurbishing for a 15" wheel don't make it a good candidate. However, these usually bring good money since oldschool Volks are always desirable in Honda and Toyota crowds.

The offset is 22 or 23 and they're 4x100. I've had them in my hands. They're pretty cool, but they do need refurbishing which is what holds me back. Now if only the guy would sell me his BBS RS003 wheels.

Interesting, thats about the same specs as mine! Good luck getting RS003's, thats a pretty penny you'll have to pay.

I'd say keep a look out for them, seems like a good fit, all they'll need are centering rings...

I already have a guy who wants to sell me them for $200. The same guy has BBS RS003 wheels in great condition, Breyton wheels, and Racing Dynamics wheels.
