No more E30...I like E34 (now for a proper intro w/pics)

Well my dream E34 is a M5 of course. But I've been looking for a Clean 535i/5 for 4 years. This one popped up at the right time and I scooped it up.

It needs a new CSB, Shock/Struts, Intake boot, And the passenger side headlight wont come on. That's all I found after looking for things to wrench on.

Has service records dating all the way back to 1989. And at 186,895 on the clock it still purrs.

And the interior is as clean as the exterior:buttrock

Having had 2 E30s, and now my second E34...I think I like E34 better, for DD purposes at least.

We'll see if I catch the E30 bug again.

Wheels are not so great but I would love to have a 5spd 535i e34.

      Very cool car!

Yeah I know the wheels are heinous. Keeping my out out for some 18" M-Pars or 17/18" Style 5's.

Yeah. But I've had 2 E30's in between time.

Wow, nice find. An M30 E34 with 3 pedals is a winner.

Your car is a nice find,The wheels dont do it for me,But its not my place to tell you if they suck or not. I have mixed feelings on the e34,I have a 540i/6 and its a fun car,i wont ever sell her. But i dont feel i can do the same i can in a E28 or E30.

                          Thanks...

I'm not fond of these wheels either, but they'll be gone soon enough.

I had the e30 bug for a while, and my 535 with the man pedal definately cured it

I got my buddy into an e34 and when it came time to replace the wheels he balked at the cost of the rubber and bought aftermarket wheels. I'm pretty sure he still has them in his garage if you're interested.

They are basketweaves and for some reason I think the tires were metric and three or four hundred dollars a piece.
