    look at the front of the car and find the screws that screw the grills in. i think on the e30 theres only like 3. the kidneys should just be a few metal clips. its literally that simple.

      you have to pull the long piece that runs above the bumper and below the lights and surrounds the kidneys. you have to pull that, to take the grilles off. ugh, and its a bitch to take that off

        I don't think you can get the headlight brackets free without separating the marker lights from them. Its pretty easy once you get the trim off though

            It's a cluster fuck and took a few hours doing it blind. The bottom trim piece is held in with these tabs that can be pushed down from above the clips are old BMW plastic. I found if you shine a light down from above you get an idea but its bullshit German overdesign
