subframe leveled using top of bushing area. [URL=http://s1328.photobucket.com/user/bmwstudent/media/DSCN0790_zps1k5b72no.jpg.html][/
    Toe adjusters leveled to same

camber adjusters at 90 degrees to the toe adjusters as per I.E.instructions.

and finally a pic of the camber adjusters trying to show how the upper potion of the stock reinforcement box will be interfering with the control arm when its at the furthest end of the adjustment range. I was already planning on boxing in the top but this will require some cutting of the original upper portion of the box top. Not sure if I'm going to do this or just drop the adjuster down a bit and sacrifice some adjustment. I can't get the last pic imported, giving up and going to bed.

No pics until later but I made some plates for the outer control arm mounts. I have to rebus the control arms at the shop and then bring them home. Hopefully I'll get that down this week. My Dad is coming into town this weekend so there may be some progress made on the six.

These are the templates but after i get the control arm in place and check its range of motion I may end up making them a little larger.

Now, I have a 50 ton press at the shop but this control arm is such an odd shape getting it into the bed of the press in the proper position is pretty much impossible. I'd have to weld fab up some sort of fixture to hold it. So i'm using a slightly lower tech method. I'm all but the last 1/8" and i'm having trouble getting it the last bit. Aggravating! I have to get theses in though, so I can install the control arm and see how large I have to make the cap piece.

Haven't been working on this too much the pst few weeks. It's drag car season, I'm hoping to get put for few shake down passes this year.

loving the progress. the only bummer after i did all this to my cars. i had nothing else to tinker on, so i had to wait for a water leak, and a rattle, to go digging

Back at it with Dads car, recently got the engine in the six. Installed the g265, new carpet is installed, power steering and brake hydra boost setup is in, new coolant hoses, heater hoses, new vacuum lines for intake manifold, battery relocated with master disconnect in batteries original location, 400A fuse protection at battery, exhaust manifolds on and exhaust mock up is next.

It's been a while since I updated this thread. I just got the call from the alignment shop, my dads' sixer is ready. New Michelins on it and a four wheel alignment. My father opted to go with an adjustable bushing setup for the rear of the six. I hope to get it tagged in the next couple days, I'll try to post some pics if there is any interest.
