Does anyone have good condition euro bumpers for the e28 they are selling?

Also I am a little confused.. the mtech kit.. Ive seen it with and without the chrome euro bumpers. Is it still the same thing? Cause it looks different. The one with the chrome euro bumpers.. what is underneath them?

May sound silly. Idk I am a little confused.

Edit- lol just put some thought into it and that was a dumb question...so if anyone has the mtech kit or the plastic or chrome bumpers for sale let me know.
