These are beautiful. Note the step in the front of the box, that "step" fits flawlessly up against your trunk wall:
You have to cut a couple holes to install, and we include a template to mark the holes from inside the trunk. There is a foam gasket on the face of the box, under the upholstery. That is how this box will get 100% of the bass into the cabin, it seals wonderfully:
Here is a pic in the middle of JustinBs install. Yes, it really is that small in the car, you know what your trunk looks like and yes, that classic ADS amp is HUGE.
Anyway, we built a couple extra when we did this last batch of boxes. They are a major pain in the ass to build like this, with the extra step and the super tight clearances, so they are a more expensive product than average.
These boxes are also much more difficult to upholster, but they do come out damn sexy. The gray carpet is much harder to work with on compound stretches, and stiffer everywhere, just in case you were wondering why it is more expensive.
Prices:
The E2812 in black is $275 and if you want gray, add $30. The box is pretty big, shipping west coast is typically around $40 and east coast around $60. If you want a specific "to the penny" quote, paypal me $1 (yeah, I know its weird) as a "Purchase of Goods" AFTER you make sure your address is correct on PayPal and I will send you a precise quote.
Otherwise, just send payment.
As I said, these are still naked and are waiting until they are ordered to be upholstered, but typically, they should be out within 48 hours of payment.
