Forgot to mention... While installing the new front shocks the wheel bearings are in minty fresh condition, brake pads have about 80% life left, and rotors are in great condition. Sway bar bushings, tie rods, etc. rubber don't have any cracks or dry-rot. PO took good care of this car.

I see a slight bit of condensation in the pictures on the window is it internal or external?

Condensation is external. Latest batch of pictures were taken about 8:30 this morning.

All door/window/trunk seals are intact. I haven't noticed any water getting anywhere inside.
