Hey all,
I am selling my 91 525i/A with M50NV. It currently has 221,xxx miles. The original automatic gave up the ghost at 201,xxx miles, and was replaced with a rebuilt transmission. It received a fluid flush after 1200 miles as well. It shifts so smooth, and runs great.
I have a full book of maintenance records, and service records from when we owned it. This car was well taken care of, and has also been my daily for over 3 years. I replaced the shocks in 2009 with Bilstein HD, and used BavAuto lowering springs on the front. The original springs are in the rear. I also replaced the entire front suspension a few years ago, and also replaced all sway bar links, and the rear "dog-bones" as well.
I repainted the car myself, in the garage, in 2010. Knowing it was a daily, and not needing perfection, I decided to use Rust-o-leum. I personally love the way it looks and feels.
I replaced the front seats in 2010 because the leather was very worn and the driver's seat had a large hole in the bolster. The door panels are in ok condition, and have shrunk a little due to the horrid Florida sun, heat, and humidity.
Price: $3000 obo
