This car has been my daily hot-rod, winter beater, track beast, and everything in between for the last three years. It does pretty much everything fairly well.
She's not a show car, but still "shows" well. She's a little rusty, a little crusty, and has 348,000 miles on the odometer (engine has ~170k), but when you drive her you'll forget all of that.
I'm asking $6,800, but that is negotiable. There are some accessories that are included in the price, that can be removed as part of any negotiations. I have removed the Fittipaldi wheels, and am now including some decent e39 Style 42's with used all-season tires. I have tons of other wheels for the car. Not too excited about selling them, but they are listed at the bottom with prices.
***The Alpina shift knob in the photos is the only item I do not want to include***.

It really could use a heat shield around the air filter. She definitely pulls harder on nice cool days.

This hood is negotiable. I'd need to track down another wide grille hood, but I wouldn't mind keeping this as a wall-hanger. I took it down to bare metal, put a pattern in it, and sprayed it with tinted clear. It has some rust creeping in under the clear, and the clear is peeling here and there. I've been letting it age however it wants, but I get that this is not for everyone.

The Euro e36 wheel is included, but I could knock a couple hundred off if you want a clean stock 4-spoke airbag wheel.

The Coco mats are included, as are a set of factory e34 all weather mats.

Driver's side lumbar and memory from an e32. Driver's side seat needs heater mat on bottom. I have a brand new mat, just haven't put it in yet.

Again, Alpina knob is not included. USB ports are. They don't seem to charge Apple products equipped w/ lightning charging port...These are not a highly crafted installation, but look okay. The car comes with a second front console, as this one has a big gouge from an old cell phone or some sort of mounting.

Some random holes/imperfections:

’95 525i’s benefited from better door panels (that don’t fall apart) and all had the “M-technic” side skirts and lower door moulding that only the M5’s and some “sport package” cars had previously received. They were also fitted with more modern wide kidney grilles and matching hood, which were previously used to designate V8 e34s.
Power heated seats (no rips or tears)
Driver and passenger air bags (earlier e34’s only had driver’s)
Factory CD changer in trunk (works great!)
All power options and AC work as they should.
Fully functioning on board computer (although MPG is off w/ engine swap)
Chinese HID kit, which has been reliable for 3-years….does throw occasional low-beam error message.
Factory keyless entry/alarm with one of the last known NOS key fobs last year
All weather and CoCo mats
