I have some used E31 850ci front 4-Pot Brembo calipers for sale.
I used these for quite some time on my E34 535i with 540i rear brakes and the performance was great. They currently have used brake pads in them with approx. less than 5,000 miles on them.
To run them on your E34 you will need to get 324 x 30 rotors (part number: 34116756087 / 34111161086)
Finish on both calipers is a bit faded, refer to pictures.
I'm looking to get $300 OBO shipped within the US
If there is any interest I also have the 540i rear brake calipers available for an additional $100 shipped.
