Billi sports(front) I pulled these out of my touring(1992), still good rebound, where on stock springs so they weren't to compressed. not sure on mileage though.

I have used this guys chips before and haven't ever had a problem with the way my cars run as long as I install them the correct direction(if your not paying attention and put it in backwards it just won't fire)
