m30b35 main and rod bearing clearance and bearing cap torque specs?

The main and rod bearing clearance specs aren't in the Bentley, nor is the torque spec for the caps. Kinda surprised.

Anybody have those? I am refreshing a Rumpelstilzchen motor and would like to check the bearing clearances with Plastigage before buttoning in all back up.

Oh, and since it's not in the Bentley, are the rod and main cap bolts re-usuable or torque once only?

Get new bolts. They're cheap enough.
