No power at right low beam fuse !!!

Hello everyone
For some reason, all of a sudden, there is no power at my right low beam headlight fuse, # 2,11 the wire is good, swapped known working bulbs, fuses etc on left side and all work correctly. Just no power at all at the pigtail or the fuse box direct. All other leads showing power on my test light, just not on 2,11

Any help would be most appreciated...

check the switch itself. it has separate leads for r/l beams, dash illumination, r/l indicators, etc. maybe you simply have a bad switch.
