i ended up with meyle HD, from FCP. i found info that the meyle HD thrust arms use the 750iL bushing already so I didnt have to buy those separately. would have went with Lemforder, but I bet Meyle are a better value (half the cost, but last more than half the life).
the job really is a piece of cake though. first side was the learning curve, then i got the other side done in under an hour.

Yep, but there is WAY more than just that on E34 that need replacement if you want to bring it back to life or how it should drive. IIRC rear end alone has about 10 bushings total.

I know, so many parts to that car's suspension, I guess thats why they are so sensitive. I tried changing out what I thought was bad but then something else would wear so I got tired of it and waiting to do it all at once.
A lot of money but I've been stockpiling parts and when it starts bouncing I am going to get H&Rs and some Bilsteins and change out all suspension components.

yes for sure, but no way i want to spend all that money at once. over a couple years is much easier to swallow.
