I have a 2/94 build date 525i here at the shop, the wipers, sunroof, windows, etc are all inop. Some other shop put a GM in this car for the same complaint but it didn't fix it.
The module that's in it is a 61351379739, and if I google that PN I come up with a module that's for e34s up to 1992, and if I search real oem I get a diff. part # for this VIN, and if I simply type in the PN I come up with nothing.
There is a relay that is turned on by the GM, but also provides power to the GM. The module is not sending a ground to the relay to turn on power. If I provide a ground the wipers and hazards start going but I still cannot communicate with the control unit using my (Chinese) BMW DIS software.
What do you guys think... Probably get the right module and itll be fine, ?
