    18mm rear sway, too aggressive??

I have an E34 Touring with the original 24mm FSB, and i'm looking at an 18mm E34 M5 rear sway. The original rear is 15mm....is 18mm too aggressive for the 24mm FSB??

On this particular model(520i) according to realoem, w/o M-Sport suspension, it had a 24/15mm combo, and w/ M-Sport suspension they ran 25/16mm. Soooo I would think it's a bit too much....what does r5v say??

EDIT-then again the E34 M5 Touring ran a 25/20mm & 25/19mm combo, with or without the Nürburgring pkg respectively. So 24/18 is 1mm down F/R.

Edit again-Just 'ordered' it, will update soon....

Try it and see. All a stiffer sway bar will do is make the car more oversteer prone.

i'd say it's going to be fine. I had dinan 25/19 f/r on my 92 525it. You could certainly provoke oversteer but it was controllable.

Too bad you're so far away i have a 19mm nurburgring bar out of my 3.8 you could try out. (i installed the 20mm m5 touring n-ring bar)
