E34 6 cylinder Exhaust compatibility

So the exhaust on my m30 rusted off completely just behind where the headers mate to the catalytic converters. I think I found someone with a replacement, from where the exhaust bolts to the headers, but it's from an e34 with an m50.

Are they direct replacement bolt ons?

Or is this not gonna work at all?
