I got the chance make it up to the ring this year. It was definitely not as busy as the previous 4 years, but there was still a bunch of nice machinery.

this subaru is owned by some american that is stationed at the same base i'm at. he drives his car like an idiot on base (speed limit of 40kph, who are you going to impress?) anyways he starts up this brand new STi and it's smoking pretty bad. he gets out of the car, checks the smoke coming from the exhaust, then gets right back in and takes it out for a lap! I hope he blew it up, what a moron

Oh I love these Ring posts, keep them comming. Just out of curiosity, do many folks speak english there or can you not get around without at least some german? I'd love to make a trip there but speak no german at all.

I know Bangle gets a bad rap but I think these rears are pretty nice looking.

My buddy should've been there today with his 4 door silver e30 (with white rims) or his Mz3 coupe... haven't spotted either car in your pix yet. I was really debating whether or not to come but a bad clutch slave cyl + back problems stopped me.

the quality sucks so much compared to the first ones, i guess that's what i get for not emptying out my memory card

Man, that Aston Martin Vantage N24 rental is the dopey shiz, talk about a bargain to be able to drive that thing around the Ring for ±$400 (oh well, it's a bargain IMO.) My brother said they were renting out track-prepped Alfa 75's the last time he was there.

That MT1 325 looks great too, delphin I presume?
