New owner steering wheel question

waiting for my 89 e30 convertible to arrive but I’m the meantime was wondering if someone can tell me what kind of steering wheel is this (not a fan) and what is typical replacement for these cars and where to buy from.
nothing crazy just standard three spoke wheel.
