Hartge Japan 16 inch Monoblock

Hi! First post here, just posting in case anyone on this forum knows abit more about these rims. Its stamped Hartge Japan on the back, 4x100 7jjx16 ET25. The ones i've come across online have an additional 4 smaller holes/ one additional hole for a center cap key but the ones i have don't. I've seen a post on here saying Hartge Japan isn't affiliated with Hartge Germany so i'm guessing not much is known about these. Anyway, hope this helps archive it in some way!

I emailed Hartge Germany directly years back and asked them about the Hartge Japan wheels. They aren't affliated but I don't remember if they denied licensing the name. Seems odd they would let someone in Japan produce wheels under the same name without legal recourse. Either way, the wheels are obviously made in Japan by another wheel company perhaps Enkei or Rota? I know Rota makes an identical wheel but doubt they'd be stamped Hartge Japan unless Japan has lax trademark laws.
