7K usd for that? what a joke! Glad you gave it a miss. Id honestly pick the best stock car you can find and build it to how you want it. If it has got any sort of engine conversion I would make sure the wiring looks mickey mouse before touching it. Any wiring hanging out and excuses of "I just haven't had time to tidy it up" I would walk away. That panel work was a huge deal breaker for me.
