What is this wrinkle blue?

I'm sure I swiped this pic from r3v long ago. An ITB M20 project, can't remember who.

Does anyone know what this wrinkle blue is? There's a VHT rattle can Ford Blue, but I'm not sure this is it. It's probably powder coated.




Is this the same engine? I think it is. It's fantastic.
