I think Jon is refering to how the bumper is molded to the airdam.
Finally.....someone sees my point. That's what kinda threw me off.....I could tell it was M-tech I stuff, just the how the bumper and valance blend together is what I couldn't figure out. Did the factory finsih it off that way?

It still looks great. Subtle but very effective touches. Me likes :D

Yes its factory. It blends that way mainly because the bumpers are painted.

I can see how the kit is not what it should have been. the car will come out in the spring with the sides STRAIGHT!.. if it kills me. I am going to get a quote to unmold the front and rear from the car. the blended upper lower front I like and is staying. I think it is comming along well. the $ spent on the paint and kit install was crazy. So to get it back wavy and not straight was alot more upsetting to me than any of you guys could imagine. the shop will fix it. but even though it was them whom did it, it will cost me 1500 more. BS but i cant live with it like that. Those who dont like the molded in sides and blended upper lower it is a personal choice and i like it.

dude you should have just sent that kit back to eurostyles to begin with. ugh, i can't even begin to describe how awful it must be to have to deal with that shit. i'm a very patient person, and you seem to be, too. i just don't see why you went forward knowing how terribly it fitted in the first place. good luck with your car, jase.
I retired my E30 for now...

Well I am not sure what i was thinking. It is too late now. At the moment i am trying to see what is involved in repairing the door caps and using an oem lower. Pretty sure it is not going to fit.i have been looking at some oem kits. Might buy one use what i need and keep the rest for when the front or rear breaks( fiberglass). At this point it is almost easier to sell the cas get another and mount a new oem kit. I dunno. guess i will wait for the quote to reapir from a few shops.

And yeah, Nick's car is absolutely insane. And since you guys probably don't know (Nick, stop being so modest and secretive!), that M-Tech I beast also has an S52 (or is it an S50, Nick?), E30 M3 5-lug swap, a great sound system, Suede/cloth SRD's....

I was the official E30 judge at the show, pretty damn cool job. Nick's car placed runner-up in the E30 category, unfortunately had to give the nod to the white BMP car with excessive bling inside. Show cars...meh.

Damn, it looked better when you couldn't focus on it.

I like that E12, that's about it. What's with the "Slam to the floor" look?

Hmm. You could rip off the iX flares, the stupid wing, and that windshield decal. Other than that, and those too clear sidemarkers.......it looks pretty nice.

The wheels are a toss up.

Id say shadowline the window trim, euro bumper trim, and allign the damn door.

Other than that looks nice, esp in person. The wing is actually decent, not too big looks subtle n nice.
